Service description

Monitoring of a facilities (home, flat, company, square, etc.) depends on  a 24-hour monitoring of alarm signals coming from alarm panels installed in our clients’ facilities.

In case of burglary, robbery, fire or power outages (depending on installed sensors), the operator of our 24/7 Monitoring Center receives an alarm signal. Then, according to the company’s internal procedures, he contacts the owner of the facility by phone and, if necessary, sends an Intervention Group who verifies the notification on the spot and secures the object.

The Monitoring Center operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on weekdays and holidays, thanks to which the monitored facility is subject to constant supervision, also in the absence of the Owners.
